- Lo primero es preparar el caldo de pollo, en mi caso 1 pastilla de avecrem pollo, cocer el agua hasta que se disuelva. Reservar

- Sofreír cebolla y ajo con una pizca de sal para que sude. Si no suda suficiente añadir un poco de agua.

- Cuando está blanda la cebolla añadir setas o champiñones o como en mi caso las dos cosas y cocinar. Añadir el arroz, remover y añadir el vino blanco. Reducir.

- Una vez reducido el vino vamos añadiendo caldo de pollo para que se cocine el arroz sin dejar de remover para que suelte el almidón y quede ese aspecto de meloso. Rectificar de sal. Añadimos el caldo de pollo poco a poco a medida que el arroz se va quedando seco, no dejamos de remover.

- Cuando el arroz está cocinado (unos 16 min aprox, depende de la cantidad, mejor ir probando) añadimos la mantequilla (una cucharada) y el queso parmesano y lo integramos todo ya apartado del fuego. Rectificamos de sal si fuera necesario y a comer! Buenísimo!
