- Tema arroz sé que el ideal es el Carnaroli pero yo uso el normal el que no se pasa sé que el otro es superior pero no por eso me voy a privar de un buen risotto

- En una paeellera o sartén alta u olla poner un poco de aceite de oliva con una nuez de manteca y sofreír las cebollas que teníamos reservadas cuando se transparente agregar el arroz lo vamos moviendo hasta que quede brillante, agregar la cucharadita de curry.



- Agregar el 1/2 vaso de vino dejar que se evapore el alcohol, yo corte los champiñones en 1/4 pero eso es a gusto.agregar la cúrcuma y sal pinentar, ya con el caldo listo empezamos a hidratar el arroz se va agregando de a poco mientras se cocina.



- Agregar los champiñones y seguir hidratando el arroz hasta que se cocine, mas o nenos son ente 25 a 30 minutos pero depende del punto que uno de cocción que uno prefiera



- Una vez listo apagar el fuego agregar la cdita del pimentón y mezclar, rectificar los condimentos y luego agregar la manteca revolver bien y listo a disfrutar
