  3. Tapamos un ratito la olla y cuando empiece a hervir bajamos el fuego y la destapamos y vamos controlando que el agua o caldo se vaya consumienso probando el arroz si vemos que falta para terminar su cocción le agregamos más agua o caldo y salpimentamos.
  4. Una vez listo el arroz (el agua o caldo consumido) le agregamos la cuch de manteca y las cucharadas del queso rallado. Revolvemos, servimos, le ponemos el perejil y queda listo para comer!
